Not everything around here is a "pet". Imagin my suprise when I lifted a hen off her clutch of eggs expecting to
find baby chicks or a mixture of chicks and unhatched eggs and instead found this..... This is a rather large
(8ft) Bull snake. He was full, (a dozen eggs/chicks) so didn't mind having his picture taken.
